Bath salts are popular for the relief of stress, aches, and pains. Aside from these, bath salts provide health benefits for people with muscle pain, stiffness, aching joints, arthritis, headaches, anxiety, stress, and skin conditions.

1. Epsom salts can remove toxins from the body, relieve stress, promote relaxation, soothe inflammation and enhance the body’s absorption of nutrients.

2. Dead sea salt is rich in minerals and can help detoxify your body and reduce inflammation.

3. Baking soda can kill bacteria that cause body odor. It also helps detoxify the body and softens the skin.

4. Eucalyptus essential oil has germicidal and antiseptic properties. It is popularly used on wounds, cuts, burns, bites, stings, and sores. Added to a bath salt blend, the analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of eucalyptus essential oil can help rejuvenate stiff and sore muscles.

5. Rosemary essential oil can stimulate blood circulation. This oil is a common remedy for arthritis, muscle pains, and headaches. Rosemary essential oil can facilitate coagulation that helps in healing.

6. Lavender essential oil is a calming oil. It is usually used to relieve emotional and physical stress. Lavender also helps improve sleep by reducing feelings of anxiety, restlessness, and exhaustion.

1. Put Epsom salt in the mixing bowl.

2. Add dead sea salt and mix well.
